I am a Civil Engineer from Kayalpatnam, Tuticorin District,Tamilnadu. My name is Hassan Abdul Cader. I am the sole proprietor of M/s. Rabia Real Estate,Construction and Engineering Industries, that I established in my hometown (Tirunelveli) in the year 2004. Previously I was working in the Holy City of Mecca and Jeddah for “Saudi Bin Ladin Group” as a Senior Projects Manager for a period of 14+ years.
Rabia Real Estate, Construction and Engineering Industries was established primarily to cater the needs of Non-Resident Indians (NRIs) from Gulf and other countries who find difficult to buy, sell, rent or lease their properties/assets, or manage their rental collections, maintain their buildings and other immovable properties in India. I was going through the same situation while earning considerable salaries in Saudi Arbai. I lost several lacs of rupees due to lack of understanding in how to invest in properties in India. I was not knowing several complications in dealing with Indian regulatory authorities to handle property related matters.
My initiative of establishing the Real Estate, Construction & Engineering Industries in Tirunelveli has produced successful result and by the Grace of Almighty Allah, and today my company manages 200+ buildings in two districts (Tirunelveli and Tuticorin). We have more than 80+ Gulf Based NRI clients where we manage several activities i.e. collection of rentals, payment of all taxes, maintanenence of buildings etc., Apart from this we are assisting all our clients to buy/sell properties, attending to any legal complications in their property matters, family partition disputes, seeking legal opinions, seeking banking facilities for purchase of properties etc.

Construction and Engineering Division is headed by our young and energetic Deputy Director Mr. Habib Mohamed Hasan A Cader, the elder son of our Managing Director. Mr. Habib Mohamed Hasan A Cader, who is a B.Tech Civil Engineering and M. Tech Civil Engineering (Construction Management). He has absorbed this responsibility after gaining few years of concentrated experience in a large Engineering Enterprise in Bangalore. On observing potential growth in his father’s Construction/Real Estate businesses in his hometown, he decided to take over the Construction and Engineering Division under the guidance of his father.
The Division handles every aspect of Construction and Engineering related activities.
While we undertake every job in construction and engineering, we specialize in construction of individual houses, affordable homes, multi storied apartments, commercial buildings,and mosques.

We are attached to a fully outsourced/dedicated Legal Team with several years of experience in all property related activities across Tamil Nadu.
We closely coordinate with leading Architects, Engineering Contractors, Surveyors, Manufacturers/Suppliers of Cement, Steel, Bricks, Tiles, Marbles, Sand and Hardware dealers in Tirunelveli and Tuticorin Districts to reduce cost for our clients and improve our services. Our locations of concentration for all our services are Tirunelveli and Tuticorin Districts. However, in the case of Legal Consultancy/Advisory services related to purchase/sale of properties, family/legal heir disputes, partitioning of properties, preparing legal agreements etc., we undertake assignments in any part of Tamil Nadu after an initial review of requirements/documents against a nominal fee.
We are an active Patron Member of Builders` Association of India - Tirunelveli Center , where we actively and constantly participate in all discussions, meetings and seminars that would benefit the public and to keep us up to date with the changes that impact the ongoing regulatory requirements in construction related industries.
